Commercial Management team instructed by new clients to manage property assets

Garness Jones’ dedicated Commercial Management team have been instructed by new clients in recent weeks to management their new recently acquired assets.

Investors and owner occupiers are turning to Garness Jones, whose management portfolio covers Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and continues to grow into other areas.

Recent instructions include the management of a prime retail parade in the heart of the market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Purchased as a fully let long term investment this year this development offers significant returns now and in the future. 

With proactive management key to maintaining a good landlord and tenant relationship, services provided by the Garness team will include first point of contact for day-to-day issues, collections and accurate client reporting and ensuring statutory compliance through service charge management.

Further instructions already secured this year include a new national client with a mix of residential and commercial assets across Hull, and another Hull-based Trust which recently let an industrial unit through Garness Jones, off Hedon Road.

These instructions come after significant investment last year into a new management system at Garness Jones, which Director Simon Preston says will further enhance the efficiency of the department, and bring a string of benefits to clients and tenants.
